Ian Potter Children’s WILD PLAY Garden

Centennial Park · Eastern SuburbsFree

This hidden garden inside Centennial Park is such a good free day out with kids. The entrance can be a little tricky to spot when you first arrive, so keep an eye out for the entry signage. Once you’re in, there are waterfalls, rocks and little streams to explore, plus loads of opportunities for climbing, splashing and nature play.

One of the best parts is the bamboo forest with a hidden slide tucked inside. The water play is definitely part of the fun here, so expect the kids to get wet and pack accordingly.
